D.G. doesn't bite on these kind of deals .....even more so with no cap space and a draft pick involved. Better chance of digging up Andre the Giant and propping him up st left tackle then the other Andre signing here.

If he was open to reworking his deal, he could really turn us into serious championship contenders the next few seasons. He was never a burner so him being 33 doesn't affect him like it has Smitty.

Johnson and KB on the outside with Cotchery and/or Avant in the slot...Olsen over the middle, our plethora of backs, our bad ass QB. Goddamn that would be killer.

On Andre Johnson: Source tells me he would restructure his contract to help a potential new team get under the salary cap. Not a pay cut tho

Anybody know how much of his salary Houston will be on the hook for? I'm sure a decent sized part of the money he's due would be their responsibility, and he's willing to restructure. I think we might actually have a shot.
