they still have holes, and not much depth at anything besides receiver, a franchise QB is more than enough to allow any team to over achieve look at how the defense fell apart without Vaughn miller, their lack of depth hurt them badly and if they continue in "Win now" mode they will be 2-14 as soon as papa Payton gets hurt or retires which is highly likely and okay so besides that, what about their safety's ? Not the best secondary in the middle, and also besides Pot roast their DT depth is a joke, they have no major running threat and struggle on the offensive line at times (Super Bowl) especially losing Zane beadles and , they could really stand to improve on all these things at the very least you couldn't say they are more than one player away from what really matters which is Winning the Championship and getting a ring

Heard on the local Houston radio that Andre's photo didn't make it on the Texans Season Tickets. (Brooks Reed made it and he isn't very good) Petty snub or do they think he won't be on the team in 2014.

They've said he isn't going anywhere but maybe they try to get rid of him. Who knows at this point. I wouldn't think he'd be a good fit on a rebuilding team.

I don't think it should negatively affect the way he is viewed. He is widely known as a good guy and his skill is worthy of what he makes. And lastly, he knows the clock is ticking on his career, so he wants to dictate the terms of he finishes it out, I.e. go to a winner with an established QB.
