I seriously still don't get why we're arguing position. The distinction of 2 guard and small forward is purely for people to be able to follow the game easier. They do pretty much the exact same thing.

Yeah I agree, I think MKG and GH could be really good together, due to the fact that MKG could guard the better offensive or quicker player letting GH take the #2.

This would also allow GH to have more energy for offense.

I can't remember which interview it was but Clifford was asked by a reporter (I believe Bonnell) if he was focusing on a two, three, or four. Clifford replied that he didn't want to restrict the team by focusing on a singular position. Clifford replied that we may focus on a guy that can play the two/three, three/four, or the four/five.

Gordon can actually play SG. Kemba is a two guard. A small PG who isn't actually a PG.

Play Hayward and MKG together. Its easy in my eyes.... Hayward plays SG role in offense but MKG will guard the better offensive player on the other. Wing positions are interchangeable in most offenses anyway.

Just talking about stuff like this is making me sway towards hoping they don't match.

Initially I was pretty neutral/slightly hoping they would. But just thinking of the lineups Clifford could create and how they'd fit together is getting me excited.

Probably all for nothing.

Rick Bonnell is my favorite Beat writer/reporter. Always friendly, never fails to answer a question or help me out. I'll agree something is wrong the past two weeks. I don't know what it is. Maybe he has had something happen that he didn't mention. Not acting like himself at all.
