We should get back to the reason this thread was started Dwill is a stand up guy. I really hope he has a great season and stays healthy, he freaked deserves it. He has been through a lot durning his career as a panther, and has remained about as good of a repersentive for this team and community as it gets.

Not on the field, but during his career Williams has lost loved ones. I don't care if you make 50m it is tough to loose people you love.

Hey not reading the whole thread, but if some are giving flak to Deangelo, stop. He didn't know any better. He's a Running back in the NFL. He did what he thought was a great thing.

Just saw a picture of this today, and I'm not resting through all of this to see if it's mentioned, but that man is not a Marine. Unless he has Alzheimer's or something.

Half of his appearance is wrong, not to mention seeing an E-9 Marine in full blues in public is about as likely as seeing a pink unicorn.

No, csx. Not everyone has lost loved ones the way he has. To cancer. Young. Four aunts and his mother.

I sympathize. I've lost 6 uncles, all relatively young, to cancer plus my mom and her sister both overcame it. I'm a breast cancer survivor myself.

 

No death ever feels reasonable. But tearing a family apart by cancer is nature being downright cruel. No other way to put it.
