UPDATE: McBob Signs With Heat

Sadly though, I dont see any other team giving McBob the PT or role we did. At the very least though, he just got paid.

I can actually see Josh starting for the Heat. PG-Wade-LBJ-McRoberts-Bosh. It's an improvement over Battier for sure. That is, assuming all of those guys are back.

Yeah but that's the issue... Woj tweeted earlier that LBJ's agent is pushing for his return to Cleveland (which I'd like to see) and I read earlier that Bosh is in serious talks with the Rockets.

Combine that with Riley signing McBob and I think the big three are done, if they weren't already. Good luck selling them on McBob when the names being floated out there were Deng and Gasol.

I believe he's possibly worth that contract. The problem is we have Zeller & Vonleh. We can't afford to pay him that much for that many years. Our front office probably only wanted him for 2 years to show those guys time to develop.

It was the right move for us considering the money. That being said, it wouldn't surprise me if we indeed offered more at the end and he chose Miami over Charlotte, simply because it's Miami.

Wade is absolutely back in Miami. I don't see how LBJ goes back to play for an owner that said the things he did. Even if they lose Bosh I think McRoberts will be a starter for that team next year.

I think we'll definitely bring in a vet to start now at PF, someone like Humphries maybe.  We're going to miss McRoberts' passing ability big time.
