2014 World Cup: Semi-Finals

What's the severity of Di Maria? Is it serious? That would play a key factor coming into that game. If Di maria is out. Messi will get all the attention, besides Higuain, there really isn't much else as far as talented players of the caliber of Messi, Di Maria and Higuain.

I honestly don't know how this will turn out, but I have a feeling the local teams may get a boost and make it a local final.

I rather see Germans vs Argentina. I don't want to see the dutch win. Yes, I am still salty about that crap Robben pulled. Honestly if Germany or Argentina wins, I would be happy, even if Brazil does too.

At least with the Germans, if they win. You can get a free BJ from a pornstar. lol

Di Maria is out for the rest of the World Cup -- muscle tear. He's Argentina's second best player and feeds Messi the ball quite well (although having a lackluster performance against Switzerland). I think that'll be the deciding factor against Holland in my opinion. Contrary to popular belief, Messi was never carrying Argentina... BUT he will now. Di Maria is a month removed from being named Man of the Match at the UEFA Champions League Final. His loss was massive for Argentina.

Just what I feared. Ugh.. Holland is going to the finals. I hate them so much but I know they have the best 'healthy' team right now. Brazil without Neymar is not going to beat Germany. Germany is the other great team that will go through. This means its a Dutch vs Germany Final.

Argentina will not be able to handle Robben, Van Persie and Snjieder. Unless someone steps up and takes on Di Marias role. I don't see it happening. Or unless Messi goes beast mode and just balls out against Holland.

Call me crazy, but I think Brazil beat Germany to reach the final.  I think the Neymar injury strangely helps the team by reliving some of the crushing pressure to win the cup on home soil plus gives the team something to rally behind.

The Silva suspension hurts a lot, but the German back 4 hasnt looked too good itself.  Either way, the atmosphere should be outrageous and entertaining as hell to watch

    • I think a lot of wrs are going to go in the second round before we pick.  There are a lot of wr needy teams.  I think there will be a big run on them in the late 30s and 40s.
    • Interesting that they met with Walker three times and Cam Jackson twice.
