I actually season the corn with salt, pep, garlic, paprika (just for color), and Parmesan cheese and then wrap them in foil for grilling.

I'll give the horseradish a try. Haven't heard that one before.

Soak the corn (in husks), peel it back, rub some bacon grease on it, a little salt and pepper, and then re-husk and grill.

At the beach, so probably head down to the market and buy some shrimp or other things to cook. Had steak 2 of the past 3 nights, but that is the usual option. 

 

And beer. Lots o' beer.

Got a crap ton of yellow squash Ill rub in Olive Oil, sea salt and some Butt Rub.. And some steaks...had the hotdogs on tuesday...Nathans of course!
