We need to look for a STARTING PG.

Kyle L is somebody we should really consider. He's a walking triple double and we need to get him away from the Heat anyway. Kemba is more efficient as a 6th man. As you could tell his rookie year. He's a spark when he gets on the court not much else. He is too small to be playing 35 min a game. It could be argued that WHEN we get rid of Hendo we will be much better with Kemba in that position. And also trading away Haywood. LOL worst move ever. He had a 12 mill trade exception next year that would have put us in position to trade for a superstar and resign. But hey instead of that we got 2 mill! Woo hoo.

This is "The Big Picture"!!!!!!!!!!!! Lol

Kemba is nothing but a mediocre PG being loved by fans. Fans still think that one day he'll relive the UCONN days here in CLT.

He's the same as LaFail and Hendo. Fans will eventually realize that he need to be replaced.

Go after Lowry or throw a max at Eric Bledsoe. Bledose is 3x the PG Kemba is. If some of you homers think that Kemba is worth $8-10 mil a year then "BELIEVE" it, Bledose is worth a max!

Bledsoe - 17.7 ppg.. 5.5 apg.. 4.7 rpg

Kemba  - 17.7 ppg.. 6.1 apg.. 4.1 rpg

Lowry    - 17.9 ppg.. 7.4 apg.. 4.7 rpg

yeah, Kemba sucks compared to Allstar numbers Bledsoe and Lowry put up..

Numbers don't mean poo. How about you put up FG% PER you know the poo that actually matters.

I think it's too early to tell about Kemba, like others pointed out, he's had ONE real season with a legit scorer on the court with him.  That was only one at that.  Give this guy another like most teams do, a Gasol or someone, and then we'll see how he performs.  He could very well be better off the bench but time will tell.

Also, Kemba, despite his size, is a decent defender, especially when it comes to steals.

Kemba does get less effecient with more minutes. He needs a Tony Parker like minutes cap bc his fg percentage gets horrible in the 4th.

Its what made me excited about Shabazz Napier being drafted.. He as a chance to be a solid starter but I just do not see Kemba accepting a reduced role to esp a younger UCONN rookie.

I hate stats. If we're going to talk about stats, we could do it all month and it wouldn't prove poo.

Watch the damn games and quit looking at stats.

Lowry and Bledsoe are on another level than Kemba. Lowry single handily made a Toronto team that is not much better than us into being a no3 seed. Not sure if Toronto would've been in the Playoffs at all with Kemba. Being straight up honest!

    • On the surface all variables to be considered aside obviously I would love to have him. Situationally though this compares to when we acquired Stephon Gilmore. Ramsey will be 31 this fall and Gilmore was 31 when we acquired him. Ultimately it was a moot point because we weren't ready to compete for anything of note and Gilmore went elsewhere. Ultimately I see this playing out the same. As such I cannot envision any scenario where he does not go to a legit playoff contender.
    • Below average? Seriously?? That is wild AF My man we ain't watching the same game... And I'm hard-pressed to believe you're watching the same film coaches are either if that is the take you honestly believe... I've been to almost every home game at BOA over the past 20 years... I've seen a lot of bad QB play over the past 7 years. Anybody that wasn't truly impressed by what Bryce did what the cast-offs he had to work with at the end of last year is delusional. His top 3 weapons were a 34 undrafted guy, a 7th round journeyman, and an UDFA rookie... seriously, what are we doing here??!! Some of these takes are beyond outlandish... You admitted yourself you're comparing Bryce to a guy you didn't even watch but are cherry picking stats for... So go back to your eyeballs and make it simple... how much NFL football have you watched my man?? Bc to me and my eyeball test, Bryce blew it out of the effing water down the stretch. What QBs are you watching playing so much better than him that you feel confident in saying "below average?" If you watched that and came away with anything else, we ain't watching the same thing... But beyond the eyeball test, every advanced metric in the book backs it up also... so again, what are you seeing that no one else is?? You think just anybody is going out there and dueling with Mahomes & Hurts with an almost comical inferior supporting cast and doing that? Whatever, to each their own, but it is wild to pull for a team where so many people feel compelled to crap on your QB after he just pulled maybe the greatest in-season turn around in league history and was playing by any eyeball test (for anyone that has watched an appreciable amount of NFL football) or even the advanced metrics for that matter.
    • You don't talk about TMac's QB that way!
