How dare you bring up the all time leading scorer for the Panthers

The league all time leading scorer is not even a HOF. Kasay will not get in.

Gross neither.

Kalil will have to keep pace for atleast 4-5 years.

Most of the linemen that get in to the HOF are either totally dominant at their position or had a very long productive career. (Most times both) At this point Gross has had good years but is not HOF worthy.  Neither is Kalil so far although because he is relatively long and still in his prime, he has the potential if he keeps things up for several more years.

I'm a brit by the way, I understand hof is reserved for the very top, but do they ever award on (not quite the word I know but) nostalgia?

Only if they played for a team that people/the NFL media really glorify/obsess over. Like there are some guys from the 1970s Steelers teams who were pretty good but mostly got in by virtue of being on the Steelers during that time period.

Yeah.  White's already in the Hall of Fame.  Has been since 2006, and obviously he didn't go in as a Panther.  I doubt many people outside the fanbase even remember that he played for us.

If Kevin Greene goes in, it won't be as a Panther either.  It'll be as a Steeler.

In this thread, I'm looking for someone who started with the Panthers and is primarily known as a Panther.  Free agents don't count.
