I can't lie.. i had the same reaction.. I barely researched him and thought he was another Biz (good defender who blocks shots but is terrible on offense)

I didn't like the fit, but after seeing some highlights and that he can stretch the floor and operate down low- im all giddy

I will just leave this here. I believe Vonleh has star type potential. Right now he is only 18, I believe he will have a huge impact on the Hornets and might potentially become the star that we was looking for. Looking at his game a little bit he reminds me of Surge Ibaka.

Check out this video and be happy. The Hornets are back and we will have a very good team.

I don't follow college ball closely but even I knew this was the best player available at #9.  I don't want to insult the gentleman's intelligence but he clearly has no clue what he's talking about.

If you hot heads would have patience and watch until the end, he concedes at the end saying its a good pick!!

Guilty!  I cut the video off after he said that and the chick started complaining.  LMFAO

He was right there with Aceboogie and Grrbeck when gettleman let some players go and didn't retain some. Its %100 justified to disagree but the melt downs are a question mark coming from a mod.

CP8789 should be mod. Much more level headed and brings more to the table as far posting and info.

Well your mod proudiddy had a melt down when we drafted him.. Ya gunna let that go?

Idk how a mod could be such an annoying reactionary

How could you say such a ridiculous thing? Worst post in the history of the internet. I'm going to go jump off a bridge now.

I care that he says it is a good pick about as much as I care that he thought it was a wasted pick. On other words...don't care at all.

Guy looked and sounded like a complete moron.

    • The issue is the formula is secret, and it incorporates runs... So... Yup, it does. Same with PFF (which isn't quite as secret). But when it doesn't - like on Sunday - it's often to hilarious results. PFF is more reliable I think at matching my 'eye' test.
    • According to the talking heads of the sports world, this is a pretty meh QB class.  Sanders and Ward are the only two with first round buzz, but the rest are blah.  Take that for what you will. Let's see how Bryce does in year three.  That's just where we are.  Patience is the key here.  Players need time to develop.  They can't develop if they don't play.  Bryce has made some really good throws, but he doesn't look like CJ Stroud.  That's going to be his point of comparison the rest of their careers.  The ball doesn't explode off Bryce's hand, it's not a cannon ball shot out of a cannon.  He's not going to break a 70 yard run.   Bryce is going to have to continue to make good throws and make plays.  Part of that is going to depend on the play calls.  Part of it is based on the skill players.  A couple drops picked up yesterday and it's a win and Bryce throws 1-2 more TDs.  A completely different story. It's been a crazy year indeed.  I just want to see Bryce continue to develop.  To see XL become more consistent.  To see JT fully recover (not play this season if he's not healthy).  I want to see Coker continue to make plays.  I'd love to see Brooks get more touches and Chubba continue to hammer defenses. Then this approaching offseason, let's go back to the D and work on fixing it.
    • Prime is already gone boss.  Nothing left for team Sanders in college football.
