According to the Newark Star-Ledger, Goodson's acting attorney, Alfred Gellene, said that Goodson was unable to secure a flight from Texas, where he has been since the end of the Jets' season. The reason for the difficulty was "financial issues" Gellene said, according to the report.

Anthony Fusco, Goodson's attorney of record, had no further comment.

Court is not gonna buy that....take a car, hop a greyhound whatever..but appear.That's no excuse to not appear on these charges.As far as the Hardy gold digger goes, she has moved out of the city to an in undisclosed location..July 15th will be interesting.

We were at OTAs and my sons (in 8th and 10th grades at the time) were chatting with a girl there (pretty, mixed-race  no more than 15 years old-16 tops).  Goodson saw her and started making inappropriate comments to her.  He asked her for her phone # and started looking at her legs and smacking his lips.  That is my first impression of him.

Honestly we should, Let them smoke them selves silly and die of improper use of firearms. One less retard to eat up my tax dollars in jail. Really the US locks up way too many people.
