I almost feel like this was a fanservice pick.

That would be a stupid feeling. Hairston is a "shooter," he's tough, and he's much more athletic than you would expect. His comparison is James Harden, and yes, he does have that potential.

I promise you, my allegiance to my school had nothing to do with wanting Hairston.  That motherfuger could've been playing for Duke, State, Wake, or fuging Gardner-Webb...  He is what we need.  An athletic SCORER, and a guy that can knock down threes, both contested and uncontested.  He is a flat out dog...  I love this pick.

I hope so. I'm a Duke fan and hate UNC but realistically PJ could be a great nba player and replace Hendo. I would love for us to trade up and get a back up pg or SF.
