NBA Offseason Trade/Free Agency Thread

Would anyone want Boozer if he does get amnestied?

I'd be up for it. We're a contender and he may wanna end his career back home. He's been a very solid player throughout his career. Boozer is a legit post player with a jumper. Might not be the defensive player you want but we have Biz and Vonleh for that. I think he's been getting too much crap for nothing.

Trade Hendo.

PG: Kemba Walker / FA / FA

SG: Lance Stephenson / P.J. Hairston / Gary Neal

SF: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist / Jeff Taylor

PF: Carlos Boozer / Noah Vonleh

C: Al Jefferson / Cody Zeller / Bismack Biyombo

I think PJ has more potential in addition to already being a better outside shooter than Lance thus I want PJ to start and get most of the burn at SG.

At SF we have ZERO offense as MKG is only for D and boards.

Our rotation for SG & SF would be PJ, Hayward, and MKG. Not bad if you ask me.

Jeff Taylor is still on the team.

I dont wanna spend alot of money for Lance with PJ on board.

Would rather have Hayward.

Not going to be able to get Parson or Hayward, any deal will be matched. Only player with a shot is Stephenson, because the Pacers won't go over 9 per.

    • The issue is the formula is secret, and it incorporates runs... So... Yup, it does. Same with PFF (which isn't quite as secret). But when it doesn't - like on Sunday - it's often to hilarious results. PFF is more reliable I think at matching my 'eye' test.
    • According to the talking heads of the sports world, this is a pretty meh QB class.  Sanders and Ward are the only two with first round buzz, but the rest are blah.  Take that for what you will. Let's see how Bryce does in year three.  That's just where we are.  Patience is the key here.  Players need time to develop.  They can't develop if they don't play.  Bryce has made some really good throws, but he doesn't look like CJ Stroud.  That's going to be his point of comparison the rest of their careers.  The ball doesn't explode off Bryce's hand, it's not a cannon ball shot out of a cannon.  He's not going to break a 70 yard run.   Bryce is going to have to continue to make good throws and make plays.  Part of that is going to depend on the play calls.  Part of it is based on the skill players.  A couple drops picked up yesterday and it's a win and Bryce throws 1-2 more TDs.  A completely different story. It's been a crazy year indeed.  I just want to see Bryce continue to develop.  To see XL become more consistent.  To see JT fully recover (not play this season if he's not healthy).  I want to see Coker continue to make plays.  I'd love to see Brooks get more touches and Chubba continue to hammer defenses. Then this approaching offseason, let's go back to the D and work on fixing it.
    • Prime is already gone boss.  Nothing left for team Sanders in college football.
