"Over the last 10 weeks, we're seeing Cam maturing, and doing things in other ways to contribute and improve," Rivera said as he headed out to the final practice of the spring last Thursday. "It got to the point where Cam was installing things. He led the meetings. He was sitting with the receivers, the tight ends and helping them, not just standing next to (offensive coordinator Mike Shula). You see stuff now you didn't see before."

a healthy JStew, beefed up guard play, fresh talent at WR, Cam with more experience and a fixed ankle, that new offensive assistant coach....all this could point to big strides for the offense

biggest question mark will obviously be the left tackle position

And if gettleman turns out to be right about our OTs, look the fug out!

NO KIDDING!!!!   The interior part of the line is going to be awesome.  Those tackles shape up.  We could be ready for the next step. 

 

The first year or two Cam was so used to winning he didn't know how to handle losing.  Now he has been through three solid seasons.   He knows he isn't going to get a Auburn vs Western Kentucky game.  EVER.   The only way you win is being the best at your job.  I think Cam's confidence is high and he will be in the discussion for OPOY.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but the most annoying part about Cam improving is all the back handed compliments that sportswriters throw his way in comparison to his rookie year. 

 

He's maturing like any other QB would and the biggest difference is we're winning games.

      I like how they were about to punt the ball right before the two minute warning before being like... oh fug, this'll be too obvious we gotta try a FG then ole boy skulls one that never got more than about 12 feet off the ground. LOL!
