I am getting a FREE new car, Huddle, help me decide

They both have the same engine and drive train, likely the same features as well.

 

I would base my entire decision on driving comfort and safety. Lower back support (the wagon likely has more seat mobility), sound system (the wagon makes the sound system seem more engulfing- more speakers), 360 degree visibility... etc.

They probably just don't want to deal with it.  However, the actual IRS regs say that you have to claim the personal use portion as taxable income (even if your company does not track it).

 

But, like declaring your taxfree internet purchases, the majority of people do not claim it......believing that the IRS would be hardpressed to catch them or prove it.  However, if you get audited and you have a company car, it WILL be one of the areas that they challenge.
