Everything he said was right but that shouldn't equate to "not making the playoffs".

If we have to wait until we're in a perfect cap situation we'll suck forever. Can't keep using that as an excuse. A fully capped team means a fully built team. A team with a lot of cap space is a rebuilding team. We're using the excuse of a team with a lot of cap space. My 2 cents

 

Who says a fully built team is a fully capped team? If you spend all your money on spoiled food, you're not going to have a good dinner - but you'll still be broke.  A bunch of people were/are taking up cap space that are completely ineffectual to mediocre/average. Plus, there's a ton of dead money. Really, it's a bunch of bad decisions that started adding up. I don't think you'll see the same result when Cam, Luke, etc are the ones getting the money.
