I have no doubt that the road show was probably a cluster fug, but I have just as little doubt Jakob is likely a whiny gash.

I sent an email to the Panthers PR about what happened. The Panthers asked if they could interview me about what happened. After that they asked if I could also be interviewed about making the Road Show better. I spent the heart of my day trying to help them improve the SC Road Show. The fan pack is just a thank you from the PR.
