With Portugal's goal differential being exploited a draw will be fine against them (Portugal).

Beat Ghana 2-0, extending the goal differential to +6 and try not to lose by more than three to Germany in the final game.

It was an ankle.  He got airlifted to a hospital the other day to scan his knee but they said he should still be fit for today.  I guess the held him out, a la Suarez, and once they got up they figured they would save him.  Same reason for no Klose, no need today.

I believe you're right. Goal differential is first tiebreaker, head to head is second.

Not 100% sure though.

Goal Differential is first, then goal differential in h2h games.  So should USA-Ghana-Portugal all finish 1-0-2 and have the same goal differential then the Germany game is thrown out (advantage Portugal).

 

Now if it is just two teams then it is goal differential in h2h games so basically is a h2h tiebreaker.
