Yeah it is. Unfortunately the refs can overtake a game more so than in other sports. I've been bitter since 2010 and the absurdity of refereeing in some of our games. And FIFA is corrupt as hell.

The problem with Fifa is they have complete control over Soccer in every sovereign nation. They can do whatever they want. There is no competing soccer organization. The people running FIFA are skimming money wherever they can. To boycott FIFA is to boycott Soccer. The majority of the world is not willing to cut ties with their first love.
