Gettis trying out for Bucs

One of the guys that the huddle loved is trying out for the Bucs per Pro Football talk.

Really thought he had some talent but seems to not be able to stick anywhere.The bad memory's of the 2010 horror are softened by his one bright season.Wish him luck but not with the Bucs.

what i finally realized, even the most inept, terrible offenses have to have someone get some production, just so happened to be Gettis.  although I have to admit, I thought he stood a chance after the Eagles game last year.

David Gettis is the poster boy for Ron Rivera's doghouse.  

 

 

After going in that black hole and never coming out, and losing out to the numbers game in D.C., he should have plenty of motivation.  

 

 

If he doesn't make the squad there, especially for health reasons, I'm thinking that it's time for him to give up the ghost.

He had those two good games as a rookie, but injuries really derailed his career.

Has he even logged a single NFL catch since the 2010 season here? Not that I can find.

He was a track speed guy that tore his ACL, and apparently didn't rehab well at all from it.  For the life of me I couldn't' understand his struggle, I've had the surgery twice and don't see how it took over 2 years for him to recover.
