HAH! If I were SF I would completely call him on it. Go ahead, son sit it out. Do nothing football related for an entire year, show out as to what a punk you are and then hope someone will pay you more next year. LOLERSKATES!

Who are some other players who have this agent? For some reason I have a bad association in my mind with Parker.

I think it would be great if he did sit out a season and then get picked up again by the 9ers... :thumbsup:

It would...but I think the 9ers aren't eligible to draft him if he reenters the draft.

Was reading a bit on Parker...he's the guy behind the J. Peters mess in Buff too.

I'm curious if you all think Singletary is put in an interesting situation after the words he spoke last season about Vernon Davis. Is this situation way to different for Singletary to set the same example and not give in to this player? If not, does he lose something as a head coach in the eyes of the players?

IMO its not the same situation, Vernon Davis is on the team and under the rule of the HC. Crabtree isn't technically a 49er I don't think there is much he can do its strictly up to Jeb and Ownership group, Singletary is going to just have to tow the company line with the usual

"We hope we can get him into camp soon"
