I mean if this "source" you spoke with is legit...I really, truly hope this was just some dude who files papers or works for the team store. Signing the praises of Byron Bell and Brenton Berson....come on man. LOL.

Some of y'all are retarded... I don't have a "source" I ran into a former player today and he was nice enough to talk football with me..A chance encounter..that I took advantage of to ask him some questions. ..He was politically correct for the most part and was careful not to bash anyone on the team.. he's pretty much still friends with all of them...as a matter of a fact it sounds like half the current team and many former players will all be hanging together at Travelle Wharton's football camp on Saturday down in Greenville.

As far as why he's so high on Bell...nobody wants to hear it but he thinks LT is his natural position and he thinks its a better fit for him...the dude by no means is saying he will be a pro bowler just not the scrub we make him out to be(myself included)...His confidence in Bell seemed legit to me. He seemed absolutely certain he would win the job over Chandler.

I mentioned how impressed I was with Chandler in preseason at LT, last year and personally thought he had a good chance at winning the job. He said from an athletic standpoint Chandler is a beast but the game is more mental than casual fans realize and thats the leg up that Bell has on him that will likely win him the job. The coaches already know this but it makes sense to give Chandler reps there,not only for competetion but for experience in case of injury as well too.

It's not like I have some kind of Agenda here and trying to convince y'all Bell is the man, when I've never said anything but the opposite.

Anyway it's annoying as hell that a handful of you think I'd make any of this poo up, it's not like I'm making any crazy assertions or assumptions or starting any groundbreaking rumors,

In addition to that, he thinks even if Bell were to struggle that our coaches are smart enough to scheme around it. Basically said they have a huge play book but shrink it down on game days to cherry pick the plays and formations that will provide them the most success for whoever we are facing that given week.
