By that argument, Dirk Nowitzki is a joke...

Saric is just your typical finesse European player, and for the most part those types of players have been successful NBA players.

You can give Dirk a number, but they allow him to do whatever he wants. He's not a 3, 4 or 5, he's just "Dirk." Saric doesn't have Dirk's frame or athleticism (look at Dirk when he was younger), so the odds of him becoming anything like Dirk are low.

He's probably the biggest risk in the lottery.

He's the most seasoned player in the draft, with tons of experience against good competition. He's got a game built for the NBA with speed, athleticism, floor vision, shooting ability and low post ability.

He's got to get stronger, but his game is very polished and he still has tons of upside.

Well first off, Dirk's a stretch four... that's what his position is called; and I wasn't trying to compare him to Dirk... I was implying that stating that a player is a joke because he can't dunk is not fair.

As for Saric, athleticism isn't a huge part of Saric's game. He's a finesse player, and there is nothing wrong with that because he's 6'10". If he was a shooting guard it would be a different story, but your bigger players don't have to be athletic to succeed.

Saric is probably one of the surest things in the lottery, his upside just isn't as big and he'll never be a star. Think..... a better version of Josh McRoberts without all the high-flying dunks.

There is a reason people have compared him to Toni Kukoc.

Exactly.

Consistency + athletic

Morrison was never the athlete Stauskas is. Morrison was almost a smaller or poo Dirk Nowitzki. His game was nothing but catch and shoot. Stauskas' game is more European. He's a pretty advanced ball handler. Can dribble off you and create his own shot. His game imo is more Hayward and Manu.

If you can't dribble the ball in the NBA your game will be very limited. Just look at MKG.

Mkg can actually dribble the ball. That's why he's allowed to start fast breaks.

People who compare him to Toni Kukoc would probably also compare him to Toni Braxton, because they are clueless.

I know what a "stretch 4" is and like I said, Dirk is "Dirk." There is no one else in the NBA like him, and Saric won't be either. They try to be, but they aren't. For what he offers, I'd rather have Byron Mullins than Sorry-ick.

Surest thing in the draft? You guys really need to stop living in the moment. Saric is much more likely, based on history, to end up like Darko Miličić than Dirk Nowitzki.

Low post ability? This guy is stuck to the floor like gum. It's almost embarrassing as a human being watching him when he's close to the basket.

I never once compared him to Dirk... you're the one comparing him to Dirk lol.

I simply stated that he won't be bust, his game is too fluid and his finesse game is too polished.

The fact that you said you would rather have Byron Mullens negates your opinion because Saric is a ball mover, a rebounder, a scorer, and a fantastic ball handler... talking about being nothing a like.
