Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs

What a great article. Everyone trying to say MJ the model citizen read the facts that get brushed over because of his legend

Mike's always had issues off the court.

I do believe that it's hard to find a player that had more class on the court.

No flopping, not much complaining, always took responsibility etc...

Notice that all the things I dislike about LBJ have to do with basketball and the game itself. I sometimes feel like LeBron thinks he's bigger than the game.

Jordan was the fuging man, but he was probably easily the cockiest son of a bitch to ever lace up in the NBA.  I don't even know why someone would even state otherwise.  There's several stories (ranging from players, beat writers, coaches, fans he met, etc.) about Jordan's on-court/behind the scenes shark-like cutthroat personality and arrogance on the court.  Hell, Muggsy Bogues credits Jordan with ruining his career.

That same asshole cocky demeanor is also what a huge part of what made him such a great player.

He won two Ships without Shaq...

It's not like he stopped winning when Shaq was gone.... Shaq was just replaced with the twin towers.

He actually stopped winning immediately once Shaq was gone.  They went from the NBA Finals, Shaq leaves (and wins another chip shortly after), then they miss the playoffs altogether the following year, then barely crack .500 the following few years and never made it out the first round of the playoffs until they traded for prime Pau Gasol.

I'm not discrediting Kobe's two chips by any means (he was the man during that little run, but he needed help just like anyone else), but what you said wasn't completely true.

And yeah, Kobe is cocky too.  Still no where near as bad as Jordan though.  Jordan, by many accounts, was a borderline sociopath.

"don't stand a chance.." -- i wouldnt go that far, but now that they have lost homecourt, it will be tough

Agree. Spurs can definitely win in Miami but with the way the Heat have been playing at home these playoffs it's going to be tough.

I know right what kind of idiot would claim this series is done when it went to 7 games last year and has been very tight so far this year.

You are fuging retarded. Spurs turned the ball over 23 times and ended the game on a 31-9 run, LeBron wouldn't have made a difference. Spurs averaged 12.2 turnovers per game in the rest of the playoffs and they played like sh*t tonight through 3. They won't play like that the rest of the games, this series is over. Heat fuging suck.

Are you in a mental health facility? If not, you really need to be because you are really fuging retarded.

Are you fugng kiddn me???

Are the Spurs good enough to be in the Finals? Yes. Are they well coached? Yes. Are they good enough the beat Miami? Hell no!

They're fugng old! Duncan, Parker, and Manu are not who they used to be. Miami is too deep and not to forget that they have the best player in the game today. Spurs were damn lucky to win that 1st game due to James cramping. Otherwise, it'd be Heat 2-0 right now.

The only reason why the Spurs are here today is Pop. They're a well coached veteran team.

Leonard, Green, Diaw, Splitter, Marco, etc. all don't do enough to make them better than just Lebron's impact for the Heat alone!!

You said what all of LBJ's fans say... you're just a hater/the hate is childish...

I've said it 1000 fuging times... I don't hate LBJ.

His attitude is poor (disrespecting MJ, making fun of Dirk, his complaining is over the top (stating he doesn't get calls), he comes of cocky (the announcement, all the celebrations after shots), etc...

That doesn't mean I don't think he's a good player... yet apparently I'm childish... makes sense I guess.

What I do hate is the Heat as a team and that's because they are a division rival and everyone else likes them.

Never called you a hater.

So one sentence that said nothing about LBJ himself and I'm a homer.

Never called you a hater either.

I disagree that the series is over but it's really no reason to call people idiots and retards because their opinion differs.

I think the Heat will pull it out but not without blood and guts being spilled.

ps.  Jamerson was THE man.

Don't mind him, he's the guy who said Miami was going to lose to Brooklyn because Paul pierce is in Lebrons head, but then said the only reason Miami won was because Paul Pierce sucks at defense and can't guard anybody (random internet basketball players included). He also is on record as saying that the heat would be champions without LeBron. Reminds me of a more jaded version of Dat Alice with all the big talk, excuses and backpedaling.
