Honest question... how do you think he will fair in EPL?  I do not know a single skinny player that was able to make it in EPL.  It's a very physical league.

 

Not sure. He could have enough technical skill to break through obvious physical traps set up by defenders. I'd just be worried he won't be able to handle the guys who won't care about being obvious and truck him when the ref is not focused on them.

 

At the very least, there'll be a break-in period where he acclimates to the league. How long that lasts is really up to him.

ADM had the best season of his career last year, He was pretty inconsistent up till then. For that money, Man Utd better hope he continues like he did last year. (To be fair he is now entering his prime)

Madrid almost sold Di Maria to Arsenal last year for £30m.

There are going to be times when Di Maria looks world class and times when he struggles. He's capable of playing against a physical defensive set up for sure. The issue with Premier League is that you have to do it pretty much 38 times per season. Even the bottom half of the table plays a very physical brand of football. He may get worn down. I think it will at least be a learning curve.
