I did not realized Liverpool had financial problems.  They are $200m in debt and reported 31% in debt increase last year.  They also going through major stadium upgrades that cost additional $150m.

 

Ian Ayre insist that everything is ok but that's a big debt to carry on your books.  They need to sale Suarez and get his salary of their books.

A few local writers reporting that Liverpool and Barca have agreed to a £75m "value" for Suarez. How the payments will be structured, if players will be involved, etc. is what they are negotiating about.

 

Again- no one knows for sure, but I'd be shocked if Barca pay less than £70m unless a player is involved.

Yea, I think it was Arsenal. Balotelli looked average with lack of pace. Arsenal have that in Giroud. Sanchez had a good World Cup and I think Wenger gotta a boner after watching him play.

They are holding off because Barca still wants to include him in the Suarez deal. Like you said though, we want to use him as a scoring winger, and I think he wants to play centrally. He'd probably be more comfortable at Arsenal.
