More often times pessimists try to pass themselves off as realists

 

 

Very very true, that is where one has to be able to discern the two. It is easy.

 

A realist would not say half this half that. A realist should be able to say it is full because it is half water and half air. Realists are a lot more analytical that the other two.

I always found it funny that the Bears carried Buddy Ryan off the field after their SB win just like Ditka.  A suttle way to take a jab at their asshole of a HC.

 

So, which Herschel Walker personality will show up when he speaks at the Charlotte Touchdown Club?  Any guesses?

You guys can all hang out in here debating between whether or not you fall under a fake label of pessimist or optimist all you want. I'll stick with being a realist and taking everything in context. Thanks tho.

Pessimist: "OMG HE FUGGING SUCKS!!! STEP INTO A FUGGING THROW IDIOT!!!!"

Optimist: "Guys guys guys.... PEYTON THROWS PICKS AS WELL!!! SO WHO CARES!!?"

Realist: "LaFell made a horrible cut and rounded of the route so the DB jumped it. This problem needs to be addressed. Next...."

If you are a negative or pessimistic fan.   Read and Heed Mike Ditka's comment on life.

 

“If you have a good attitude about life, if you’re positive, you can achieve anything. If you’re negative, you’ll achieve nothing. And besides that, you’ll be a pain in the ass to be around.”

 

Difference is that I can't affect the success of a sports team from my position. So whether I have a positive or negative outlook means nothing at all towards or against the success of this squad.

Thank christ theres another person on this planet who realizes this. It was insane last year with the number of complete narcissists who believed they and they alone effected the outcome of games, while they were sprawled out on the couch with one hand down their pants, and the other buried inside a bag of spicey chili doritos

You are absolutely correct so why come in with a negative attitude?  No one said you had to wear rose colored glasses and be a 100% homer but expressing a concern and bitching just to bitch are two totally separate things. 

 

You got a beef.  State your case. 

 

Example:  Bell on the Left Side.   Management thinks he will be a better LT than a RT.  Who are you and I to disagree.  You think he has slow feet then there is your case.  Say so.  To say he sucks and we have never seen him there is ludicrous. 

 

Too many people see these players as Madden objects.  Give them a score and that's it.  You got your label but in real life players change, grown and get better/worse as time goes by.   No one knows for certain how well he will do on the left side until he actually plays there.

 

My point is,.   have a little faith in who was hired to do this job.  If they prove otherwise than we discuss options.  Like you said we can't change anything.  But we could discuss it without being negative or overly positive.

      Arm is weak? Another useless complaint who gives a flying f… if he makes all the throws accurately idgaf about arm strength. Let’s dive deeper into your complaint no zip on the ball show me a play where his lack of zip cost us anything. Show me a play where his weak arm cost us a completion or because he doesn’t have a Josh Allen cannon he didn’t make the play he needed to make. His 40 yarder down the field to XL two weeks ago was a got d…. dime his throw to AT in the end zone was a dime, his throw to XL 3 weeks ago that the man pulled out his hand was a dime about 30+ yards. What about the one handed grab to AT was a rocket arm needed? You’re logic is so self absorbed your judging the man off what you want him to have and that’s just outright goofy, not judging him off performance not off the talent he’s going against not even the situation he’s facing ex..(4th quarter down by 4 needed a TD) in which he’s outperformed all expectations vs KC vs Giants vs Tampa nobody Gives a f…. about him not having a rocket he’s noodle arm in the last 4-5 weeks has him rated as top 3 QB I think that’s way more Important then satisfying fans need for our QB to possess a cannon these complaints are getting too notch outlandish and quite embarrassing go be a dam Bills fan so your QB can have the strongest arm in the league yet he’s won nothing significant since he’s been in the dam league besides your heart he’s won your heart by having a rocket arm we gotta see what’s his consolation prize for winning arm of the year award. This is just dumb they benched him to help him because he has all the tools but wasn’t playing up to par benched him he  focused on his technique and came back and started doing what was expected what crow would they even be eating this is ignorant.

Fitterer deserves to be extradited back to CLT to stand trial for war crimes against this franchise. The one caveat is we'll never know how much meddling Tepper actually did, but the results speak for themselves... one of the worst GM tenures in NFL history. Look at this nonsense from this season alone in dead money: Von Bell: $9.9M Hayden Hurst: $9.8M Donte Jackson: $9.7M Diontae Johnson: $9.4M Bradley Bozeman: $7.2M Justin Houston: $3.8M DJ Chark: $3.1M Just such organizational dysfunction, from top to bottom. These weren't even good players. That 2025 dead money number will go up some with the probable release of Miles Sanders, Ian Thomas, etc., but nothing even remotely close to the sheer recklessness and stupidity of the Fitterer Era. Hopefully, we will look back in a few years and see this as the moment where we started to reemerge from the abyss... One can hope... Keep Pounding!!
