Few companies have built up the greed reputation that EA has. Wouldnt surprise me at all if the cover vote has been nothing more than a marketing ploy ever since Hillis got voted on.

 

The Hillis vote might be why they started rigging it, to avoid a repeat.

I hope Cam wins MVP, we win a super bowl, Cam gets super bowl MVP, reaches the Madden finals again next year, then politely declines to show up at the farce that is the cover finals show. Then wins it, and is unavailable for comment.

Beadle just be standing there like what the fug.

I don't know, that one actually might have been real. I'd like to see the sales #'s on that copy and compare them to these past few years and see if there was a change.

If they were poor, EA might have just said screw it, we'll keep the fan vote but pick who we want on the cover.
