I have breaking Kuechly news of the utmost importance.

"Food historians tell us chocolate pie, as we know it today, was introduced in the last decades of the 19th century. The earliest versions were topped with meringue or a thin layer of whipped cream, creating a "black bottom" of sorts. Early prototypes were baked in standard pastry shells and served room temperature."

Trying to be humble about this, but it is hard...They actually have a pie chronological timeline that defines pie.  Not that we have lives, but it makes me feel better to know there are others who are worse off...

damn I love minced meat pie, but I seem to be the only one who ever brings it up in pie threads.

Are we going to be able to give each other Kuechy pie after this?

God, I hope so.
