My suggestion for Memorial Day - 4th of July

Amazon Prime now has the HBO mini series John Adams streaming.

 

It is an amazing piece of work, and mostly historically accurate. IMO should be mandatory viewing for highschool kids.

 

Watch an episode a week from now until July 4.

I generally watch anything with Paul Giamatti in it, as he is fuging fantastic. This is no exception.

Watching John Adams was the "reward" for my last upper level history course at State. Great show, and something I plan on showing pieces of to my classes one day.

does it have as much nudity as Game of Thrones?  Otherwise, what's the point of watching an HBO show?
