Rivera has a SB ring, Fox does not.

Rivera has one as a player.  Neither has one as a coach of any kind.  Head coach or Defensive Cord.

Fox vs Rivera is arguably the most intriguing discussion in this area.

Our history is so short we can only pick the best years of each of the coaching positions because we held on to some for way too long.

What coaching job was better? Capers taking an expansion team to the NFC Championship game in only the team's 2nd year? Or Fox taking his team to the Super Bowl in '03? Or Rivera taking his team to the playoffs after starting 0-3 last season?
