#9 and #24 Enough To Move Into The Top 3?

Getting in the top 3 would be nearly impossible. I wonder if Orlando would consider trading #4 though? I would be ecstatic to get Exum at #4. With his size he could guard other teams sg and Kemba guard their pg. While Exum could play pg and allow Kemba to play off the ball on offense. And check you never know, if one of the top 3 fall in love with Exum, #4 could land Wiggins or Parker
