If he did: He would either not have a plan. Or at least he would sound like he was trying to have one, when you know he didn't, or it wasn't his idea. 

 

You actually believe, that Gettleman believes he knows what he's doing. 

 

I liked his comments on KB, The OL/Drafts, and Brandon Williams and TE sets. 

 

Any fool could have seen how well Cam and the offense functioned his rookie year with bigger targets. Nonetheless, for some reason, Chud changed the offense (more read option and no/less 2 TE sets, with no Shockey replacement), and the rest is history, until mid season 2012. 

 

Gettleman knows, good teams win with players (many who are usually on your own team) who are not considered stars by outsiders.

Unless they've improved, none of those three are quality blockers. There's a reason Hartsock was the #2 TE last year, and it wasn't his pass-catching ability.

Well I didn't necessarily mean quality blockers, but better then the average WR.
