New Orleans loses Super Bowl Bid

I've talked to a guy that is very in-tune with the bidding and has the inside info on this type of stuff and he said it's pretty foregone conclusion that New Orleans will not be hosting another Super Bowl for quite some time.

I would love to see Atlanta win a Super Bowl bid once their new stadium is completed. It is a near certainty that they will get a Super Bowl soon, and it would awesome if the Panthers were there to represent the NFC in the Falcons house. Oh and I live in Atlanta, so there's that element of convenience too.

It'll be a retractable roof (actually some weird kind of octagon that opens up from eight different angles)...leaving the pooperdome as the only remaining dome in the NFC south.

Besides Ice fishing, what else is there to do in Minnesota during the winter? Lol I know it's a new stadium and all but the whole week experience will be disappointing for the fans who attend.

I like the choice of MN a lot. My parents live there so if we make the Super Bowl I can stay with them, only having to pay the cost of tickets.
