Tats: sexy or no?

tats are as good a reflection of class as you're going to find. i interact with an enormous amount of people in my job and i've seen it all: shitty caterpillar-mustache rednecks with wolves tattooed on their hands and CEOs with full sleeves. tattoos collectively transcend class as an art form, but they are individually affected by class and huge reflectors of it, both high and low.

my personal pet peeve is when people get covered in them with no real rhyme or reason. they get twenty stuck in random spots and end up looking like a goddamn spotted leopard in technicolor. i got mine after years of meticulous planning with 28 years of apathy about ever getting one to begin with. i doubt i'll ever get another.

anyway getting anything popular makes you look like a fool, and it's usually pretty easy to spot the vapid idiots who are doing it because they think it's cool/hardcore and the people whose work has serious meaning and intent behind it.

I prefer no tats. I don't find the attractive, mysterious, or rebellious. I find them unnecessary.

With that said, there are women that get tats because they are a bad bitch. Then there are basic bitches.

Basic bitches get Chinese letters and butterflies in the small of their back. Basic bitches get small tattoos that are easily hidden for work and formal gatherings. Basic bitches tattoos mean something basic.

Bad bitches don't hide their tattoos. Bad bitches tattoos don't mean something fruity.

This is Basic

Every word on this is true on so many levels.

I constantly see basic bitches on social media saying "I want a tattoo but don't know what of" - well then it won't be meaningful, represent who you are, and won't look bad ass!

Yeah I have simple tattoo logic. If you are getting a tattoo and hiding it from dad or grandma is part of the decision, don't get one. Be proud of your tattoo and feel strongly about the statement you are making. It should be a symbol of conviction, not shame.

But seriously Cat portrait tattoos are the greatest thing ever. I found the best one ever but the link was deemed shady by the Huddle. It was like the cat in the top left corner of the picture I am about to link.
