Tats: sexy or no?

My friend has a white tat on her wrist. It's the coolest thing because it's so subtle but sexy at the same time.

 

I have a friend who has white tattoos on the inside of both of her wrists.  If you didn't know it was there, you'd never see it.  It's pretty cool.

Yes they are sexy. But that depends on what they are, where and how good the work is.

My wife and I both have tats, she's about to start another half sleeve.

tats on a woman are extremely trashy and honestly something they will regret in 5-7 years. Usually when they are still single or look at their 34 year old husband with ear gauges.

 

 It attracts a certain type of person. 

 

Now, that's not to say that I haven't seen women with tats that I wouldn't have sex with but as far as dating material.....eh she would have to be super, super hot. 

 

Tats, along with body hair on women is a bad move.

The question I always have about tattoos is how they're going to look when you're in your sixties :blink:

 

My girlfriend has a couple around her wrists and ankles.  One of her wrist tattoos is a memorial for a deceased aunt whom she loved dearly.  She's talked about getting one of a parrot because she really loved my male parrot that passed away too.  Also says she might get a 'tramp stamp' before we get married, as she put it 'to give me something to look at while'...uuuuhhhh, nevermind :unsure:

 

Her teenage daughter's also talking about getting one now.  I'm not real high on that idea but the ones she's talking about wanting sound innocent enough.  And given that her Mom has them, kinda hard to disapprove.

 

I'm 'art free' by choice.  Too much body hair for anything to look good anyway.

since i was born on st.patrick's day and also named patrick, conventional tat would be a shamrock and well, i'm not conventional.

 

i have found one that i would get on my chest near my heart but can't find the image. it was an old 1970's surfboard logo. i saw it on a board on an article about Laird Hamilton in Outside magazine from a couple of years ago but I just can't track it down.

 

I think the board company was either Ace or West Coast boards but nada. The logo is really cool and probably impossible to do as a tat but it would def be original.

 

i might treat myself to it once i'm fully shredded the way i want to be.

Getting a tattoo helped me get in shape.

My mother died my freshmen year of college so I decided to get a back tat and at the time I wasn't in great shape. Someone said to me that I thought you had to be cut to get a back tat.

Long story short I worked my ass off to get back in shape so my tattoo would look good lol.

I prefer no tats. I don't find the attractive, mysterious, or rebellious. I find them unnecessary.

 

With that said, there are women that get tats because they are a bad bitch. Then there are basic bitches.

 

Basic bitches get Chinese letters and butterflies in the small of their back. Basic bitches get small tattoos that are easily hidden for work and formal gatherings. Basic bitches tattoos mean something basic.

 

Bad bitches don't hide their tattoos. Bad bitches tattoos don't mean something fruity.

Aesthetically, they can be fantastic and they can occasionally make a woman have more sex appeal, but I would not say that they are attractive. Quite the opposite for me. I have a hard time with tattoos - I will get flamed for this but I personally do not understand the desire for permanent body modification and admittedly, because I don't understand it, I find them silly at best and stupid at worst. So, it's a turn off to me on a personality level, even though I do acknowledge and see the sex appeal. *shrug*

Oh, and my wife has two small tattoos. I don't find them attractive. She knows this.

it's funny, before tattoos I never wore tank tops because my arms were all pasty and it looked weird to me. But now I can wear basketball jerseys and tanks in the hot summer months!
