Panthers sign LB Billy Boyko

I think some are forgetting that DJ Smith is Luke's backup and a damn good one. I remember some Packer fans wanting him in for consideration of DROY back in 2012 until he tore his ACL. He never got to full speed in San Diego last year, so he should be ready to go this year. I think he has the capabilities to be the next Jordan Senn as someone previously said.
