Strong arm, high release, doesn't "drop" it in the bread basket.

 

Lots of QB's like that, Cutler, Stafford, Cam....usually happens with the strong armed types.

 

And yes, Cam does tend to throw high when he doesn't transfer the weight from the back foot to the front when firing.

I was merely stating what "throwing it flat" meant to the other poster.

 

Cam does throw it flat, he can drop it in the bread basket, but that's not what he does on the reg.
