only thing i keep seeing is he drops alot.. i guess that cant be coached out. n thanks

 

Depends on how he drops it.

 

Nearly all of Benjamin's drops come from trying to run before securing a catch, that can be coached.  Just hammer in the fact that bringing the ball in first is the most important thing you can do.  Money is on the line for it, good players will respond appropriately.

 

If you are concentrating on catching the ball and it still bounces out, nothing you can do about it.

 

There is a threshold where drops become excusable also.  For instance TO was known for dropping easy passes, but if your going to make big catches in critical situations, catch poor passes you have no business catching, or simply making big plays out of nothing then the occasional drop is acceptable.
