Where Is Jason Carter?

I may not be up to date, but is he injured? Usually around this time in camp everyone is saying he is so good he will beat out both Moose & Smitty for the job of starting wideout. Did I miss something, or is it because every thread for the past 2 weeks has been about Ma'ake or a certain ex-quarterback of a division rival?

Carter is catching everything thrown at him. Goodson is in motion a lot and lining up wide. Jarrett is eating up the middle and looking good

Carter is a great practice player. But when he played in preseason last year he did absolutely nothing.

Is today opposite day? IIRC Carter was having a great preseason and his injury really bummed a lot of people out.

Sorry, but thats the furthest thing from the truth. He was the player I watched the closest during preseason because I wanted to see what the hype was about and he did absolutely NOTHING! I remember many people were down on him because there was so much hype during TC last year.

He had 5 receptions for 52 yards...in 2 1/2 games.

Not a bad line for a 4th-stringer in preseason. Then again....maybe not.
