I never finalized anything at the bowling alley because we needed to give them a 30 min headcount to get the space reserved. Then I decided I wanted to be outside on the Whiskey Warehouse patio. I've got a table reserved for 10 up there but I'm pretty sure it's mostly full. I can call up there and reserve more space if you guys want to come up there and you'll definitely show.

I was thinking to myself maybe the Germans will play their backups. It will be an afternoon match, they may have already clinched. Then I remembered their backups are better than our starters. In fact they cut 10 guys that could start for us. Tim Howard is the only guy that could sniff the German squad right now.

 

I would bet my house Miroslav Klose plays against us to try and get the goals record.

For what it's worth, we beat the Germany B/C side in a friendly last June. Still a worse side than what we'd see though.
