First 911 tape is a man, I believe it to be Hardy. He says the woman has been swinging her high heels and hitting him in the face

At first he did not believe hits had drawn blood. Later, he said he was bleeding. Said he was hit in the face twice.

I just got the Greg Hardy 911 tape. A man, believed to be Hardy says "I'm behind the bar. I'm not touching her. She's trying to hit me."

The caller on Hardy 911 tape also says His girlfirend "hit me in the face twice. i'm trying to walk around her. She broke glass."

None of the 4 #Hardy911 tapes are from the victim. They're from a man believed to be Greg Hardy, a hotel concierge and another woman.

Recordings from #Hardy911 request. 1. (apparently Greg Hardy). 2. Neighbor & concierge 3. Follow up from a neigbhor 4. CMPD radio traffic.

I hate to say it.. but yeah a lot of this does sound quite a bit sketchy.. Im not believing a lot of this picked up over the head and threw her on a bunch of loaded guns.. Why the hell would he call the cops with so many illegal guns just chilling laying out.. The cops do come into your home during domestic violence calls.. Also.. Yeah girls can be retarded.. and very very very vindictive. Especially when they just got dumped.. Aka the million calls trying to talk to Greg Hardy.. He definitely told her it was over.. She didn't like it and probably flipped her poo and tried slapping him.. Im guessing considering his status yeah he probably did cheat on her.. I mean lets be honest here.. Girls flock to money so that wouldn't be hard. So... What gets me is HE is the one that called the cops. SHE was trying to get up with him after the fact. SHE did not say one word of all of what transpired when the cops arrived and she was supposedly crawling to an elevator? C'mon man.. You're going to tell the cops then and there you had just gotten the crap beat out of you.  And your definitely not going to try calling the guy to talk to him right afterwards.. C'mon... Tell me this.. How "great" has it gone over for YOU guys when you have broken up with a girl and told her you were seeing or sleeping with someone else... I'll tell you right now.. Key'd up truck .. Slashed tire.. Women will do anything to make you feel the pain they feel.. Hell a lot of men will too... She hit this one right on the head though.. She's not as dumb as you'd think.. She's no freaking Einstein but to say she's too stupid to think of this crap.. Damn man I've known retarded people that can come up with this too.. Either way It sucks for them both.. it really does and I tell you what just like during all Domestic Violence calls in most states the cops have to take the guy into custody for one night just to make sure nothing else occurs. No matter who was at fault.

 

In no way am I trying to say I condone a man beating a woman.. Honestly I've witnessed that and taken those matters into my own hands and took care of said dude in my younger years... However just the whole way this is coming out and how it transpired... yeah ... Its super fishy... and I could give a pooh whether he's on the team next year or not... Like  I said.. No matter what happens.. It still sucks for them both... Either A. you lost your pay day boyfriend and you are truely heart broken or B. You just reeeaaaally jeapordized your career for a dumb immature ass move and can't think rational enough to realize hey... This is a bad situation and removed yourself.  Dumb people are... Dumb.

OK, yeah, this is a non-story. Listening to the tape, Kraken seems upset and genuinely worried about it all. You just know he's thinking "damn I don't need this drama".

I think this is a case where they probably had an argument of some sort about something, and she went psycho. Or, she's drugged up or drunk, then she just goes off on him. Her injuries could have come from her breaking the glass in the kitchen and from being held down by his manager. Everything seems pretty simple, really.


Still bad press, but luckily I think that's all this is. Just a bad story based on a lie on her part. No reason he would call the cops and she wouldn't. The outsiders hearing all the commotion could have thought domestic violence, a man beating a woman easily. However, without any witnesses and with nothing but her word against his and his manager's word, I don't see any conviction coming unless a jury is really, really emotionally against Hardy/for his GF.

Is anybody wondering past this and thinking why does hardy have a artillery in his place? Hope he has a license for all that otherwise he is in more trouble then we think.

 

no not really, and long has he can legally possess them who cares? buy more. but maybe stop drinking so much...and stop the coke, if he was doing any, NOT SAYING HE WAS.

I thought Hardy called 911 and the police came and investigated it. Left without an arrest. Presented their findings to the magistrate and Holder wanted to press charges. Hardy was informed the next morning of the warrant issued and went to the CMPD to turn himself in.

 

Am I wrong?

A warrant was sworn out.  Whether that was because she pressed charges or just the police felt it should be?  Don't know.

 

One of our resident law office folks might know how that works.
