Awesome.

I think I'll go jump to conclusions and believe everything I read on the internet!

What moron would beat the crap out of a crazy drunk/high chick and then throw her on a bed full of weapons?  How does that make sense?  I would only assume the weapons are loaded.

some on here are stupid.  even if convicted hardy is going NOWHERE.  he will get community service and anger management classes.  chances are he's already started that anyway per order from the club.  he going nowhere.  this actually increases his nfl street cred.  if anything his stock rose.

this charge is as common as they get.

lol...Hardy had fair odds of parting with us before this incident after this season was up.

This doesn't help him. Richardson is old school

what i'm saying is this incident does nothing to change where he stands with the team.  they just paid him $13.1M. i have a hard time believing they did that to say they overpaid for a rental.  he's gonna get re-signed.  cj is the one on the ropes.  they stand to save tons by cutting.  only way to save with hardy is to extend.

Look, I collect because of guys like you. To dumb to see the black market world of guns that would only grow stronger if arms are outlawed, but yet smart enough to realize that a gun free world is indeed a safer world. However, gun free will never happen. I collect in the present day to pass on to my children and grandchildren. The feel good liberal agenda will short term succeed and socialism will start rearing its head. Our youth's sense of entitlement is too strong. As a person that must hire a workforce, I have been utterly disappointed with the quality of workers I get for 27/hr. Too proud for a shovel and to unmotivated to grasp 2003 technology

I am neither too proud for a shovel or too unmotivated to grasp 2003 technology, and I will gladly do either for 27/hr hahaha

I like it when gun nuts just skip over the "well regulated" portion of the second ammendment

I like it when misinformed people try to apply modern standards and meanings to words or phrases used over 200 years ago.  The term well-regulated, when taken in proper context, means to be in proper order.  In this case the arms of the militia are to be in working order and that the men of the militia are to have the items needed to be properly supplied.

Well-regulated does NOT mean that there are to be regulations in place to limit or define who may or may not own a firearm or what type and kind that they can have in their possession.

Now if you want to debate the meaning of the rest then we can take that up in the Tinder Box.

No.  Not even United States Supreme court decision did anyone make the claim that "well regulated" meant that their weapons be in proper working order.

Even the winning opinion, which says the amendment protects individual rights, said in their opinion:

Finally, the adjective “well-regulated” implies nothing more than the imposition of proper discipline and training. See Johnson 1619 (“Regulate”: “To adjust by rule or method”); Rawle 121–122; cf. Va. Declaration of Rights §13 (1776), in 7 Thorpe 3812, 3814 (referring to “a well-regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms”).

And the fact that gun owners seem to continue to shoot each other or themselves at an alarming rate, leads me to believe the "militia" is no longer well regulated

I took a little liberty in explaining proper order.  You are correct in that the militia was supposed to essentially be trained and understand proper military discipline.  As a part of that, since each member of the militia was required to have his own weapon, having one that was in working order was given.

While I may be looking too much into it, I am pleased to see that you do understand that "well regulated" does not mean regulations placed upon arms.
