This means that he's not very good. It also means he's talented. All of these teams are picking him up and giving him a chance.

 

Evan Mathis bounced around the NFL with four teams.  Now he's one of (if not THE) best OG in the NFL.  Sometimes players improve, sometimes they are never given the proper chance.  Sometimes it just clicks with a specific team.
