Greg Hardy Arrested

Recommended Posts

I wouldn't, and I also don't think you should.  Just walk away.  I might want to, but just walk away

Unless she is endangering you or loved ones, just fugging walk away

Easy to say when you're reading a scenario on a forum. Probably not as easy when it's right in front of you, happening to you. Everyone has their buttons and everyone has bad days. Put the two together, and anything could happen.

But, I agree wholeheartedly that a man should never hit a woman. I'm just saying, I can think of a few scenarios where it's possible.

My bad--- I just want to say I'm waiting on the facts also but....

Girl I'm talking to is friends with Hardy girl an rumor is this isn't the first time this has happened. They he's beat on her before except he never calls the police. This time other people were their when it happened which is why the police were involved.

When the police got their the girl said nothing happened but because of the other witnesses it seems they decided to arrest him anyway.

I have in no way ever met Hardy or his girl. I want to make that clear. That's all I know and it's all rumors so..

Really hope that's not true.

Pretty bad story if it is.

I am still waiting for the facts though. Bitches b crazy.

And 4am. Wtf... Means ppl b drunk and we have all seen crazy bitches drunk.

I doubt Greg hit her (maybe put her up on the wall and was like "stop bitch") but if he hit her I doubt we would not be hearing about a cracked eye socket.

Will reserve judgement.

This then. But is convicted it would be a suspended sentence +probation allowing him to not have to serve the jail time.

He may not get sentenced to jail time at all.  Just probation and/or community service.

Especially, if he has never been in trouble before

Yep, waiting to hear details. Hopefully it was a dumb mutual scuffle and her wrists were bruised form him trying to keep her from punching him. Something along those lines, while sad, are more forgivable. If he punched her in the face... he is gone.

Still coming back and piling up more alt accounts I see. How adorable.

He restructured last year, yes I would have liked him to take a pay cut, but again I don't recall him saying that he flat out would not.

Per Twitter...

"Will you take a cut so we can bring in these players?" -fan

"nope" -CJ

"Any chance you'll take a paycut to help the team?"

"hell naww lmao" -CJ

Of course you had to say something that would stir an argument...

Well frankly I can't blame him for being about the money, in the end this is a business.

That said, I am a bit disappointed in him.

I'm not sure he should be on Twitter revealing all this about not willing to restructure and what not. I've always wanted him to step to the forefront and take on more of a leadership role. I thought being the highest paid player in the league last year would have helped motivate him to the that. I've got nothing but love for CJ, but as a Carolina Panther I think he can do better than this. Hey I'm just a fan though, what do I know.

Then passive aggressively bait an argument with the first person who responded...

I was not insinuating him not taking a paycut made him a bad teammate. Your own assumption.

Dude, do you want to actually talk about the thread, or ask me out?

I've never met Greg, but I've always pictured him being kind of an arrogant douche. I love him on the field, and his intensity, and think the Kraken persona is amusing, but he just seems like the kind of guy who's unlikable and thinks he's better than everyone else. IF this story is true, I'll be so happy once he's gone, and CJ restructures and we've got just CJ and Ealy.

    • Watching Rams/Eagles. Celebrating the St Louis Rams team that won the SB (Warner, Holt, etc..) while playing in Los Angeles seems wrong.  If I were in Los Angeles, no way I would attend a Rams game.  Probably wouldn't attend a Chargers game either.  Becoming a fan of a team that likes to move around just seems like a waste of energy as a fan.
    • The only responses I am getting after providing statistics to put opinions in perspective seem to be from people who get angry and attack stats and people whose opinions differ from their own.  Have people on the Huddle ever overreacted, exaggerated, been wrong about players before?  Sure they have, so an alternative opinion with statistical support should not cause you to attack me or my views.  I am sorry your public schools failed you.  But your reactions are very revealing--you are stuck in Piaget's concrete operational stage--learn logic, how to debate a topic, and learn the difference between facts and emotional opinions.  When I paralleled Cam's stats with Jones' to point out how remarkably similar their careers have been to this point, It blew some 40 watt minds.  I think Jones, in a better situation, could be good--that should not upset you--
    • penalties and poor hands is what cost us in the RZ Bryce missing "high" in the back of the end zone is not an issue, you're taught as a QB to throw high in the back of end zone were only the receiver can catch or no one The duo of Ian Thomas and Tommy tremble can both go at the end of the season, both been here for multiple seasons and they've barely developed
