I think we are going to do a lot of rotating just like last year. Ealy is a rookie so he'll be brought along slowly.

I expect and uptick in Star and Short's snaps but nothing too large.

Don't forget Addison showed flashes of being a good depth guy as well. Alexander will be working hard to stay on the team. So too will Horton.

Yes, 5 rushing lineman would be the ideal situation for it. It's exactly what screen plays are for and then you have one less linebacker to deal with it.

 If Ealy moves inside, his inability to hold the point of attack there would make him a liability unless it is third and long.  I do not see Ealy moving inside that often--Maybe 5-8 plays per game--maybe.

DG actually mentioned that they like Ealy inside.

I think they might go with Hardy - Ealy - Short - Johnson.

 

Some of us still like Johnson inside.  Not that there is anything wrong with that.
