I'm glad that this Brown kid WR sounds like he has some return skills.  That's the type of guy who has a chance of sticking on the roster and perhaps developing beyond that.

Do you go to colleges and meet these players? 

Do you have them come to Charlotte for a workout?

Spend hours upon hours going over tape?

 

You're probably the same guy that goes.     "I don't know why we drafted him in the 2nd when he is a fourth round talent."
