I'm not saying this would for sure have happened, but I don't think Tre would have been drafted had we not drafted him. Sometimes guys just don't make a team, and sometimes really bad guys do. That's why sometimes you have guys like White and Lester doing well, and then <insert Hurney bust> not coming close.

Why do you think that he wouldn't have been drafted? I think he was taken right around where most people thought he would.

Why do you think that he wouldn't have been drafted? I think he was taken right around where most people thought he would.

 

He's just not a great player, awful tackler. He turnovers were inflated from being on the field so much. You may see this or that that said he had whatever round potential (such as Hurst was projected), but it was a bunch of bullshit. I'm not trying to deflate you guys, I really like our first three rounds, and even our 5th, but I can't help but feel like we wasted our fourth.
