I'm not the one who said he is a 2nd round talent...different person said that. I'm just trying to make the point that going in a particular round doesn't reflect your talent.  Ex: Martavis Bryant, Kony Ealy, etc.

But, as of now, he has dropped into the FIFTH round.  There's obviously something about Bailey that has thus far prevented NFL GM's from jumping at the chance to draft him.

Same with Desir, Abbredaris, etc...

Won't be surprised to see us take a flyer on the Canuck, Tardif.  He may just be BPA considering his build and skill-set.
