Sooooo it begins... reporters are making it sound as if he may never play again.

Also can our guys stop playing in this tournament, first Staal (who hasn't been the same since his injury) and now Loktionov... smh.

@SlavaMalamud: #Canes Loktionov has left Minsk for Moscow today. Will go to Switzerland shortly to see a specialist. No definite prognosis yet but it's bad

@SlavaMalamud: #Canes Andrei Loktionov has undergone a surgery on his left shoulder in Switzerland. According to agent, it went well. Rehab to start soon.

Will he be able to play again? Rehab to full health for sports or just to be able to live life healthy?

Apparently he's injured this shoulder before pretty badly.
